Farm document processing
AI reads the farm's incoming paperwork and turns it into structured records, so a person checks each document once instead of typing it up.
Engineering · Software · Agriculture
Leckerstone Labs develops software, AI tools and hardware around real farming problems. Based in Fife, Scotland, we bring engineering and hands-on farming experience to our own projects and work with others.

Home-made probes that stay in the grain store, so checking every temperature takes minutes instead of hours, for about £5 a probe.
The studio
Leckerstone Labs grew out of a working farm. The problems we take on are ones we meet in the yard, the office and the field, and every project is tried in practice before we call it useful.
About the studioWork with us
Paperwork that has to be read and re-keyed, turned into records that are ready to check.
Records spread across spreadsheets, paper and separate apps, brought together so they can be used.
Measuring what matters in stores, buildings and machinery, and building rigs to test an idea.
We take on commissioned engineering, software and AI integration work alongside our own projects. Tell us about the problem you want to solve.
